2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Note: For international shipments, import duties, taxes, or other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Policy on Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages

  • Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns only in cases of shipping errors or product defects. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us so we can process a return or replacement.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure the product is resent or refunded.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, please contact us to report the issue. We will assume responsibility for the costs related to this error.
  • Incorrect or Insufficient Address: If the address provided is deemed insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned and a new payment will be required for reshipping, as confirmed between us. If the package is returned due to customer error, you will be responsible for any additional costs.
  • Unclaimed Returns: Products that are not claimed after delivery or returned without the customer requesting reshipment may be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Face Masks: For health and hygiene reasons, face masks are not accepted for return or exchange, except in cases of defects.
  • Change-of-Mind Returns: Customers residing in Brazil have the right to return products due to change of mind, as stipulated by Brazilian Consumer Law. The product must be returned within 7 consecutive days after receipt, along with a photo of the item to confirm its condition.

  • Order Processing: As we work with print-on-demand products, each order is produced individually after purchase confirmation. Production may take 2 to 7 business days, in addition to shipping time.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.
